To start our round up of the pick of the week, the Cali Derby and what a game Deportivo Cali beating América de Cali 6-3, including a spectacular hat-trick from Argentine number 10 Martín Morel, a free kick, an overhead kick and a shot from inside the centre circle.
Despite having not won the league since 1988 Millonarios are still the most popular team in Colombia, they eased their relegation worries with a 4-0 win against Real Cartegena.
Next to Brazil where Corinthians suffered a shock 3-4 defeat at home to Atlético Goianiense, who are playing their first top flight season for 23 years. Meanwhile Cruzeiro took Fluminense's place at the top of the table with a 1-0 win and Vasco de Gama and Cruzeiro played out an entertaining 3-3 draw.
In Paraguay the bottom two clubs Sportivo Luqueño and 3 de Febrero drew 3-3, while the leaders both won. Libertad beating Tacuary 0-1 and Cerro Porteño stayed within 1 point of the leaders by coming from behind to record a 1-2 away win against Sol de América with two spectacular goals from Argentines Javier Villarreal and Roberto Nanni.
In Uruguay newly promoted minnows El Tanque Sisley are joint top of the table after recording a 5-3 win against Centro Español last week then beating Rampla Juniors 3-2 this week. Unfortunately they are such a tiny club they dont seem to have any supporters to upload their results onto Youtube!
